Two spacious modern bathrooms; the one upstairs adjacent to the main bedroom includes bath, basin, WC, bidet and heated towel rail, the other downstairs, adjacent to the basement bedroom includes bath, basin, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.

Outside two hot & cold showers at either end of the house with wonderful views over the French rural landscape while completely private.

Built on 3 levels and partly excavated into the hillside:

1. A full-length loft with a spacious main bedroom, a separate bathroom  and a study with a double sleeper couch and small desk.
2. The ground floor (main) level consisting of a large open-plan kitchen, dining room table and chairs for 8 people, a separate sitting area around a large central fireplace, a 2nd bedroom located on this level with its own entrance into the garden and an arched doorway leading out onto a large outside terrace area often used as a second dining area where because it is here that one gets the full benefit of magnificent rural scenery.
3. A basement consists of a bedroom with its own separate entrance to the garden, and its own fully equipped bathroom.

Every effort was made to create a comfortable space and at the same time, retain the original form of the farmhouse, such as keeping the centuries old oak beams, replacing oak floors and repairing the old windows. 

Numerous windows give the house plenty of air and light, the house is heated by means of wall mounted electric radiators.

All the floors are wooden and the ceilings completely insulated with the original exposed beams visible throughout.
